Daily activities include...

  • Strength training
  • Workouts build lean muscle tissue and activate a series of positive physiological changes that improve health, fitness, appearance and stress levels.
  • Weight control
  • One-on-one nutritional coaching makes the critical difference between achieving the short-term results of "dieting" and learning new, healthier eating habits that will last a lifetime.
  • Osteopenia reversal
  • We specialize in helping people reverse osteopenia through strength training workouts that increase bone density, build muscle, increase cardiovascular fitness and flexibility, and improve balance and posture.
  • Stress reduction
  • Using a combination of proven stress reduction techniques, including breath-based meditation, body scans, and mindfulness practice, we help clients learn how to alleviate the negative effects of stress and restore a sense of peace and balance in everyday living
  • Yoga
  • A wonderful complement to strength training and cardiovascular exercise. Yoga promotes increased flexibility and a higher sensitivity to the breath.
